They’re perfect. The only time we notice them is when they screw up.
This brings up a good point. Shouldn’t we take a step back and give credit where credit is due. Shouldn’t we give praise when a company does something right? Unfortunately whether it is a business, TV show, or even our kids, human nature seems to want to complain a lot more than praise.
